What is the Computer Access Program?What do we do? The Cerebral Palsy Association in Alberta has had a CAP Site since February 2003. Free computer classes are offered in the CAP Site. We strive to offer quality, individualized instruction to people with disabilities. Presentations to groups are also possible. What is CAP? CAP is an Industry Canada initiative, created to provide Canadians with affordable public access to the Internet. CAP provides funding to help communities establish and operate public Internet access sites, known as CAP Sites. Connecting People with Disabilities to Computers
