If you are an individual aged 18 years or older with a diagnosed disability and live in the Calgary Area, the Pathways Employment Program is just for you!

Pathways Provides:

• Professional employment counseling and support
• Career and education workshops
• Appropriate career and education referrals
• Referrals to related employment service providers for persons with disabilities
• Information and access to employment/education programs specifically designed for you
• Interview techniques and mock interview training
• The development of employment action plans
• Information regarding adaptive technology
• Exposure to the world of work
• Business professionals providing information about different careers, guidance in planning for them and to discuss the skills needed for future success
