Creating Possibilities Club – Our Monthly Giving Program

By joining our privileged monthly giving group, Creating Possibilities Club, you’ll be making a difference in the lives of individuals with cerebral palsy and other disabilities. Monthly giving is a quick and convenient way to make a significant contribution that will greatly improve the lives of countless individuals with cerebral palsy and other disabilities.

How It Works

  • Sign up once and we’ll take care of the rest
  • Each month we’ll withdraw your donation directly from your bank account or credit card and put it straight to work…Making A Difference!
  • You can change or cancel your support at any time.  Call 403-219-3611 or toll free 1-800-363-2807.
  • As a Creating Possibilities Club member, you’ll receive a Welcome Package with information about the organization and the daily miracles made possible by donors like you. You’ll also get our newsletter featuring some of the clients who are benefiting from your support.
  • In February, you’ll receive a tax receipt for the total amount of your annual donations and Club member incentives.

Where Your Gift Goes

As a monthly donor, you’ll support our key areas: vital programs & services, equipment, research, community outreach & education. Your donations are always directed to areas where they’ll do the most good for the most individuals. And because this form of giving saves on administration costs, more people benefit from your generosity.

A Planned Gift
A planned gift is a special gift that is arranged now and that will provide funds to the CPAA in the future. By making a planned gift, you leave a legacy and ensure that the work of the CPAA continues in the future. There are many creative and tax efficient ways for you to make a planned gift, including:

Requests A provision in your will to leave some of your assets to the CPAA.
Securities A gift of publicly-traded, appreciated securities, which qualifies for tax exemption from capital gains.

Retirement Funds A donation of the remaining funds in your Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) or Registered Retirement Income Fund (RRIF).
Property  Gifts of real estate or personal property such as jewelry, antiques and valuable collections that are appraised by an independent appraiser to determine their fair market value. A tax receipt will be issued based on the appraisal.
