PDD Program Review

The PDD Program is currently exploring ways to improve the Persons with Developmental Disabilities program to better serve Albertans with developmental disabilities, and to address concerns related to access, outcomes and family enagagement. We are working closely with individuals, families, staff and advocates to determine the scope, timing and content of the review. The PDD Program would like to collect your feedback to the following specific questions:

  1. List your two main concerns about the PDD Program.
  2. If you could change anything about FMS/PDD, what would they be?
  3. What kinds of support do you wish PDD offered/funded, that they do not currently offer?
  4. How do you cope if PDD does not cover all of the needs your family has?

To share your ideas, please email your feedback to the above questions to CSS.Minister@gov.ab.ca
