A Small Visit. A Big Impact.

We’re excited to share some good news — CP Alberta is proud to be part of the Goodness Giveaway, a special campaign celebrating 35 years of Prominent Homes and their commitment to giving back to the community. And since we are celebrating 50 years in 2026, we just had to participate!

This partnership is all about turning everyday moments into meaningful support for local causes. Even better? It’s incredibly simple for supporters to take part.

What Is the Goodness Giveaway?

To celebrate their 35th anniversary, Prominent Homes is giving $10 to a local charity for every show home visit — fully funded by Prominent Homes.

When someone visits one of their show homes, they can scan a QR code and choose CP Alberta as their charity of choice. That single visit turns into a $10 donation supporting our programs and services for children, adults, and families with disabilities.

✔ No cost to the visitor✔ No donation required✔ Just show up, scan, and choose

Why We’re Excited About This Campaign

We know that many people want to support causes they care about — but don’t always want to be asked for donations. The Goodness Giveaway offers a different kind of opportunity.

It’s:

  • Easy – no sign-ups or spending required

  • Impactful – small actions add up to real support

By simply visiting a show home, our community can help strengthen inclusive programs, create more accessible opportunities, and support people with disabilities across Alberta.

How It Works for Our Supporters

Participating is as easy as 1–2–3:

Step 1: Visit any of the 7 Prominent Homes show home locations

Step 2: Scan a QR code located throughout the home

Step 3: Select Cerebral Palsy Alberta as your charity

That’s it! Prominent Homes takes care of the rest and sends a $10 contribution on your behalf.

Funds will be distributed to CP Alberta 1–2 months after the campaign ends, through Benevity’s standard disbursement cycle.

Every Visit Creates Impact

Each show home visit may feel small — but together, they make a big difference. Every $10 helps us continue offering inclusive recreational and therapeutic programs, resources, and supports that empower people with disabilities to live full, meaningful lives.

Whether you’re already house-hunting, love checking out show homes, or are just looking for a feel-good way to give back, this is a wonderful opportunity to support CP Alberta.

How You Can Help Spread the Word

You can support this campaign by:

  • Visiting a Prominent Homes show home

  • Sharing this opportunity with friends and family

  • Posting about it on social media

Every visit counts — and every share helps amplify the impact.

Thank you to Prominent Homes for choosing to celebrate 35 years by investing in community, inclusion, and generosity. We’re so grateful to be part of this initiative.

We acknowledge that what we call Alberta is the traditional and ancestral territory of many peoples, presently subject to Treaties 6, 7, and 8. Namely: the Blackfoot Confederacy – Kainai, Piikani, and Siksika – the Cree, Dene, Saulteaux, Nakota Sioux, Stoney Nakoda, and the Tsuu T’ina Nation and the Métis People of Alberta. This includes the Métis Settlements and the Six Regions of the Métis Nation of Alberta within the historical Northwest Metis Homeland. We acknowledge the many First Nations, Métis and Inuit who have lived in and cared for these lands for generations. We are grateful for the traditional Knowledge Keepers and Elders who are still with us today and those who have gone before us. We make this acknowledgement as an act of reconciliation and gratitude to those whose territory we reside on or are visiting.
