I believe I have the best role at CPAA, leading both the Alberta Ability Network (AAN) and Barrier-Free Alberta (BFA). Working alongside hundreds of community advocates, people with lived experience, disability organizations, and allies allows us to expand our reach and influence the policies and practices that shape the lives of people with disabilities. How cool is that?
It has been truly inspiring to be part of the BFA movement advocating for accessibility legislation. While Alberta remains one of only two provinces without an accessibility act, it certainly isn’t for lack of effort. The disability community is resilient, and we will keep pushing until Alberta is accessible for everyone.
One of my favourite memories is the Act NOW Rally, where hundreds of people with disabilities and their allies gathered at the Alberta Legislature to protest cuts to disability supports and call for accessibility legislation. There is something incredibly powerful about standing — or sitting — in solidarity together.

I was exploring how western lifestyles influence modern fashion when I came across Dutton Ranch S01 Outfits. The rugged and practical styling immediately stood out with its authentic ranch appeal. It reflects strength, simplicity, and a deep connection to outdoor living. The overall look feels both timeless and purposeful.
